Scholar ako Ni Denver 2024 Batch 2 (College Scholarship Program)

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Original Registration or Enrolment Form for the current semester.

2. Photocopy of School ID or Temporary School ID and Any Government Valid ID with 3 signatures

3. Photo Valid ID of Parent/Guardian with 3 signatures

4. Statement of Account or Billing Statement from School.

5. Brgy. Certficate (Sealed) Purpose scholarship

6. Certificate of Indigency. (Sealed) Purpose scholarship

7. Certified true copy of grades from the previous semester (should have minimum average grade of 88)

(Please take note that grades taken from the website without a seal will not be accommodated.)

8. Those who have received and been part of the 1st batch of Scholar Ako ni Denver Scholarship Program this year are not eligible to submit again. (Batch 1 from the Scholar Ako ni Denver Senior High School Scholarship Program 2024)

Submission of Requirements is from

November 25 – 28, 2024 (ONLY)

10:00AM – 3:00PM

Submit your requirements at the

> Old Vaccination Site (Auditorium Building), PN Cavite City (November 25 -27, 2024)

> Floating, City Hall PN Cavite City

(November 28, 2024)

Parent’s or Guardians can submit the requirements.

Late submission and Incomplete Requirements will not be accommodated
